About Your Coach
I have been swimming for most of my life, and I love helping swimmers become safer, faster, and more confident in the water. As a former NCAA swimmer and Phoenix Swim Club coach, I have experience working with competitive swimmers and developing strong technique. As a former YMCA swim instructor and head lifeguard, I also care deeply about water safety for swimmers of all levels, whether or not they ever choose to compete.
My goal is simple: help each swimmer feel more comfortable, capable, and confident in the water.

My Background
I have spent years in the water as a swimmer, a coach, and a lifeguard.
Former NCAA swimmer, conference finalist, sectional swimmer, and state finalist.
Current Phoenix Swim Club coach since May 2023. Experience coaching ages 4 to 18 across a wide range of ability levels.
Former head lifeguard and YMCA swim instructor with three years of lifeguarding experience. Passionate about helping swimmers become safer and more confident around water.
I am currently in the process of applying to medical school, but coaching remains one of the most meaningful parts of my life. I plan to continue teaching as long as I can because I love helping swimmers become safer, more confident, and more excited about the water.
